Please provide parent and youth contact info to contact parents in an emergency, and to receive schedule updates and changes from the youth ministry. (Please remember to fill in the youths name under Household Members +child)

This info also helps us place youth in age appropriate small groups or contact info for extra events for certain age groups.

Q: How many emails will I receive? Hopefully only one per month - additional emails are only sent for special events that require more information or errors/changes to the schedule. NO SPAM or promotional emails.
